Glass Factories

Since the early 90s, we have developed relationships with the glassmaking groups Saint Gobain and BSN (now O-I) to supply cullet extractor chains used in underground factories. These chains are subject to severe stresses (strong abrasion, foreign bodies) that especially require scrapers. We provide the two most commonly used systems: mono-chain extractors (links forged at 260 with reloaded side scrapers) and double-chain extractors (mechanical chain at 160 with central scrapers). We also provide forged chains for sodium conveyors and mechanical chains used on park scrapers for sand. Our technical teams will be happy to explore with you the solutions adapted to your needs.
